Privacy Policy

• Account: your email address, used to sign in and secure your data.
• Your content: the printers, cartridges, levels, part numbers, and replacement history you add.
• Subscription status: if you buy TonerPal Pro, our payments provider (RevenueCat + Google Play) tells us whether your subscription is active. We never see your card or bank numbers.
• Basic diagnostics: crash and error logs to keep the app stable.

To provide the app: store your printers and cartridges, show your reorder list, send low-stock alerts you enable, and unlock Pro features for subscribers. That’s it — no advertising, no data brokers.

Your data is stored with our infrastructure provider (Supabase) and protected by row-level security, so your printers, cartridges, and history are visible only to your account. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for their own marketing. We share data only with the service providers that run the app (hosting, subscription management) under agreements that limit them to serving you.

We keep your account and the data you add only for as long as your account is active, so it stays available to you. When you delete your account, all of your personal data is permanently deleted from our systems, typically within 30 days, and is not retained afterward except where we are required to keep limited records by law. Basic diagnostic logs are kept for a short period (up to 90 days) and then automatically deleted.

You can edit or delete any printer or cartridge at any time. You can permanently delete your entire account and all associated data from Account → Delete account in the app, which removes your records from our systems.
